Account - What Does The CRM Tab Show Me?

What Is the CRM Tab?
The CRM tab gives you a real-time summary of all Contacts linked to this Account — with insights into who they are, how strong your relationships are, and whether you’re covering the right roles.
It’s designed to help you understand your stakeholder map at a glance.
What Can I See in This Tab?
You’ll find three key sections:
Contact Table
A list of Contacts related to the Account, showing:
Name & Title – Who they are
Contact Persona – Their role and influence (e.g. 🔑 Decision Maker, 🚀 Champion)
Relationship Strength – Whether the relationship is Strong or Weak (with colour indicators)
Communication Preference – Their preferred contact channel (e.g. 📧 Email, 📞 Phone, 🔗 LinkedIn)
This helps you know who’s who and how to best engage.
Engagement Strength Distribution
A visual breakdown of how strong your relationships are:
Donut chart shows % of Strong vs Weak relationships
Based on the Relationship Strength field on each Contact
Helps you assess overall engagement health with the Account
If most Contacts are marked “Weak,” it might be time to rebuild rapport or assign an Account Owner to re-engage.
Role Coverage Map
This chart shows:
Which key roles (like Decision Maker, End User, etc.) are covered
How many Contacts you have per role
This helps answer:
“Do we have the right people in this Account to influence a deal?”
If a role is missing (e.g. no Finance Contact or Technical Buyer), consider identifying and adding someone to fill the gap.
Why It Matters
You’ll know how healthy your relationships are
You can spot gaps in role coverage
You can engage the right people in the right way
Tip - Use this view regularly during account planning, renewal strategy, or opportunity review sessions.
It gives your team a structured, visual way to assess account risk and opportunity.
