What Is the Customer Analytics Tab?

The Customer Analytics tab provides a real-time view of revenue performance for this Account. It breaks down Closed Won Opportunities across three views:

  1. Current Quarter

  2. Current Financial Year

  3. All-Time (Lifetime Value)

It’s designed to help you understand how much value this customer has delivered—and when.

What Can I See in Each Tab?

Current QTR

Shows Opportunities marked as Closed Won this quarter.

  • Total revenue won in the last 90 days

  • Who owns the deals (e.g. Alex Morgan)

  • Helps you assess recent momentum and short-term success

Use this to spot fresh wins or check if activity has slowed recently.

Current Year

Shows all Closed Won Opportunities in the current financial year.

  • Tracks total value won this FY

  • Breaks down performance by Opportunity Owner

  • Includes a Month-over-Month bar chart to highlight trends, bursts, or slowdowns

This view is ideal for QBRs, renewal prep, or forecasting account growth.

Lifetime Value

Summarises all-time Closed Won revenue for this Account.

  • Adds up the full historical value delivered

  • Useful for measuring total customer contribution

  • Supports strategic tiering, retention planning, and value-based prioritisation

Why It Matters

  • Quickly see how much this customer has spent

  • Spot trends, gaps, or opportunities for upsell

  • Use visual insights to support strategic planning and forecasting
