Can I Upload the Leads Myself?

No. to ensure data quality, compliance, and proper mapping into the CRM, all bulk lead uploads must be handled by our team.

This protects your reporting, avoids duplicates, and ensures everything aligns to your existing lead processes and assignment rules.

How Do I Request a Lead Upload?

  • The request must come from your Primary Contact

  • It must be submitted via the Customer Portal

What You Need to Provide:

  1. Completed “Accelify Lead Upload Template” found within our Portal

  2. Approval from your Primary Contact

Once submitted, we’ll validate the data and complete the import, usually within 2–3 business days.

Why This Process Exists

  • Ensures no duplicates or overwrites

  • Applies correct field mappings, scoring logic, and assignment rules

  • Maintains CRM hygiene and audit trail

  • Reduces risk of poor-quality data affecting pipeline
