Can I Export the Data Myself?

No — due to the sensitivity of personal and commercial information in your CRM, all data exports must be handled by our team.

This ensures proper governance, audit trails, and compliance with data privacy obligations.

What’s the Correct Process?

  • The request must be submitted by your Primary Contact

  • The request must be made via the Customer Portal

  • Written approval from a Director, Owner, or authorised representative must be included

We will not process export requests without formal approval from an authorised decision-maker.

What You Should Include:

  1. Clear description of what you need:

    • Leads, Contacts, or both

    • Specific filters (e.g. last 90 days, by status, by region)

  2. Intended use (e.g. external marketing platform, data migration, audit)

  3. Target system (optional, for formatting)

  4. Written approval or sign-off from a director or owner

  5. Whether the data will be used internally or shared with third parties

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll securely export the data in the required format and share via a secure method.
