Overview

This guide will walk you through everything you need to get up and running quickly, including how to navigate the platform, use key features, and personalise your workspace.

What is a CRM?

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management — but it’s more than just a system. It’s the engine that powers how your business tracks leads, manages client relationships, and drives growth.

For many small and growing teams, spreadsheets and inboxes are enough at the start. But as your sales process becomes more complex, CRM helps you move from scattered tools to a single, structured platform that supports every stage of the customer journey.

A CRM like Salesforce, when set up correctly, allows you to:

  • Sell with clarity by tracking leads, deals, and activity in one place

  • Respond faster with visibility into follow-ups, conversations, and relationship health

  • Make informed decisions using live dashboards and reporting

  • Build scalable, repeatable processes that support long-term success

What is the “Sales Hub”?

The Accelify Sales Hub is your ready-to-use Salesforce CRM, prebuilt, best-practice, and tailored to how growing businesses actually sell.
