Click View Leads for a filtered list that surfaces what’s been created but not actioned.
My - Leads Needing Clean-up
This list view shows Leads with incomplete data, helping you:
Spot records with missing key fields like phone, email, or company
See data completeness scores (with icons like 🟡 Partial or 🔴 Incomplete)
Prioritise records that can’t yet be qualified or converted
Always worth reviewing at the start of your day to clean and qualify pipeline.
My - High Potential Leads
This list view shows Leads with:
🔥 Hot temperature (based on Lead Rating)
Status like Nurture or Working
Clear persona (e.g. Exec Sponsor, Technical Manager)
These are your short-term opportunities — they’re warm and active, but need your continued engagement.
My - Leads Stuck in Working Stage
This list view shows Leads with:
Been in the Working status too long
Haven’t been updated recently (based on Last Modified Date)
